Program Overview:
Duration: 6 months
Sessions: 12 one-hour personalized coaching sessions (bi-weekly) - Assessments: DISC, StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths), Working Genius, Leadership Circle
Focus: Tailored to the individual’s leadership goals, challenges, and growth areas - Customization: Each session builds on the participant’s unique needs, progress, and insights from assessments.
Session Structure
Month 1: Foundations of Self-Awareness
Session 0: Onboarding Call
- Objective: Get to know each other, understand your goals and customise the syllabus to your specific needs.
Session 1: Kickoff & Goal Setting
- Objective: Establish the participant’s leadership goals and introduce self-awareness as the foundation of growth.
- Activities:
- Discuss current leadership challenges and aspirations.
- Set SMART goals for the program.
- Assign DISC Assessment for completion before the next session.
Session 2: DISC Assessment Debrief & Leadership Style
- Objective: Help the participant understand their DISC profile and how it impacts their leadership style.
- Activities:
- Guided debrief of DISC results.
- Explore strengths, blind spots, and communication preferences. - Action plan: Apply DISC insights to improve communication and collaboration.
Month 2: Strengths & Productivity
Session 3: StrengthsFinder Assessment Debrief
- Objective: Leverage individual strengths to enhance leadership effectiveness.
- Activities:
- Debrief results of the StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) assessment.
- Discuss how to align strengths with leadership goals and team responsibilities.
- Action plan: Apply strengths-based leadership strategies to current challenges.
Session 4: 6 Types of Working Genius Assessment
- Objective: Discover natural working strengths and frustrations for better productivity and team alignment.
- Activities:
- Debrief results of the Working Genius Assessment.
- Explore how to align tasks and responsibilities with areas of genius.
- Action plan: Delegate or adjust tasks to focus on areas of strength and genius.
Month 3: Emotional Intelligence & Team Dynamics
Session 5: Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
- Objective: Develop emotional intelligence for improved self-regulation and empathy in leadership.
- Activities:
- Teach practical techniques for improving EQ (e.g., mindfulness, active listening).
- Reflection: Identify situations where EQ could improve outcomes.
