DISC+ Assessments
We've been using the DISC Behavioural Profiling tool and the Values Motivational Profiling tool for years and have assessed 100s of leaders to help them understand their behaviour and motivational styles. The DISC assessment is a powerful tool that provides deep insights into an individual's behavioral style and preferences. It's not just about understanding your own behavior, but also about appreciating how others might perceive and react to it. By identifying your strengths, areas for growth, and how you can leverage your unique behavioral style, the DISC assessment can significantly enhance your interactions in various aspects of your life. It's an invaluable resource for personal development, team building, and leadership growth.
We offer these assessments either with or without One On One Debriefs. We recommend that you debrief with one of our team but you don't have to. It is cheaper to just do the assessment and receive their report but you don't get the same value without the One On One Debriefs. Ultimately, it's up to you.
The report you will receive is a comprehensive 53-Page report with a detailed breakdown of the 4 DISC Dimensions and the 7 Values dimensions.
DISC+ Assessment with One on One Debrief
A full and complete DISC+ (DISC and Values) behavioural assessment completed online which will take about 15 minutes to complete.
You will receive a 53 page comprehensive report as well as a 1 Hour One On One debrief with a Certified DISC+ Assessor. We will schedule your One On One Debrief with you once you have completed your DISC+ Assessment. This is the option we recommend as our Certified Assessors are trained to assess and interpret the full report.

DISC+ Assessment without One on One Debrief
A full and complete DISC+ (DISC and Values) behavioural assessment completed online which will take about 15 minutes to complete.
You will receive a 53 page comprehensive report. Whilst this "Report Only" option is available to you it is not the option we recommend as our Certified Assessors are trained to assess and interpret the full report.This may however be a good option for large teams or for recruitment exercises where there is no intent or intent to debrief all participants.

You can order DISC+ assessments for you and/or your team by emailing us below. Let us know how many assessments you want to order, whether or not you want the One On One Debrief (we recommend you do), the names of the individuals and your company invoice details. We'll respond within 24 hours with the details of how to take the assessments.
