During the pandemic lockdowns I started a podcast as there wasn't too much else to do. I occasionally publish new episodes as I feel the need but I don't stick to any specific publishing schedule. They are here if you want to listen to them.

Once that momentum has started building, it helps drive flawless execution by keeping the focus on the company's targets and priorities ensuring issues get addressed and resolved. In my last podcast, I talked about monthly meetings and how they fit into the meeting and communication rhythms and in this episode, I'll cover the quarterly meeting. Whereas the monthly meetings are an opportunity for the leadership team to learn and solve specific aspects of their business, the quarterly meeting is all about reviewing the results of the previous quarter, refining the strategy and setting the targets and priorities for the next quarter. This meeting effectively creates the bridge between strategy and execution and as such there's much to cover in a quarterly meeting and they often take one to two days each quarter. Quarterly meetings, signal the start and the end of each 13 week race. I often facilitate these meetings on behalf of the CEO, which frees him or her up to participate in the meeting as a member of the leadership team. Here is how I run quarterly meetings with my clients.
