Here at Crystalyzer we work with our clients to implement structured growth coaching programs using the Metronomics and 3HAG Way growth frameworks. Not a problem, Metronomics, as a Strategic Execution system layers onto all execution frameworks so you don't have to throw away the work you have already done.

We start with a 2-Day Strategic Execution planning session where we work on People, Strategy and Execution. Out of this session we come out with a complete and draft 1 Page Strategic Plan. From there, we meet Monthly and every third month we reset for the next quarter.
